As part of LGT Capital Partners’ rebranding, we are taking new portrait pictures of all staff members globally in front of a new background. We regularly use pictures when presenting the firm and the teams – be it in client presentations, on our website or on LinkedIn – and it is important to have a consistent style and format.

The following days are available for the photo shoots in the various offices:

Important note

Please block the slot you booked for the photo shoot in your calendar. You will not receive an automatic Outlook invite. Please make sure to arrive in time for your booked slot.

Dress code

o Please do not wear anything grey as the pictures will be taken in front of a grey background.

o Please do not wear anything that is checkered, striped, dotted or with any other small patterns as this will cause flickering on the camera.

o Please appear groomed and with a proper hairstyle.

Men, please wear:

o a plain shirt in a light color (preferably white or light blue)

o a suit (jacket) in a dark color (preferably blue).

o please do not wear a tie

o if a tie is necessary for your role/job/market, please select a plain color or broad stripes, no loud patterns, no very light colors and no glaring colors

Women, please wear:

o business attire

o please choose a one- or two-color outfit without loud patterns.
